Review: I would like to post this review about the service I received from king van lines. I believe an honest moving experience must be shared. I moved 2 years ago using a local company in Miami to Las Vegas . It took them almost 2 month to deliver my items; they were completely unreachable and impossible to work with. Everything I was promised and verbally guaranteed never accrued. My suggestion ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!
The only good thing, which happened to me, was the car transport company Global Relogistics that really did their job as they promised me. I called Roy from Global and asked for his help choosing a moving company. He referred me to Valerie from king van lines. She was very careful with every single thing I requested to have guaranteed in my estimate. I really appreciate the professionalism and the fact that a manager was involved in every major request.
Everything went well. Although the delivery guy could never reach me and we were playing phone tag through the office. But he arrived on the date he said he would. I knew exactly how much I am paying for the shuttle in New York and for my elevator. I highly recommend king van lines to everyone. Feel free to email me if necessary.
